ABOUT US

We opened our gym in October 2021. Faster than you can say ‘WOW!’, we have grown exponentially. Strathroy and surrounding areas have been showing us that FMT provides something that is needed. Growth in all athletic endeavors.

FMT specializes in the fundamentals of gymnastic sport conditioning while providing exercises that will challenge the body and mind for all sports or movement outlets. We value the importance of sport, music and creative outlet as a means for growth.

Giving attention is important to us. This is why we offer private classes and small group sessions to maximize efficiency.
